Senior Innovation Specialist

In essence, your role involves:

• Implementing and executing the regional innovation strategy
• Managing projects from ideation to successful execution
• Fostering cross-functional collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders
• Promoting and embedding a culture of innovation within the organization
• Managing resources effectively to achieve business goals
• Ensuring measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborating with R&D, Commercial, Strategy, Technology, and Digital teams
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, experts, and customers

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

Must-Haves

• University degree or higher vocational education in Business Economics or a related field
• 5+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulations, and/or risk management
• Proven track record in new business development
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
