Your Role in Our Story:

In essence, your role involves:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Finance department and IT, understanding financial processes and translating them into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements, integrations, and new functionality within Navision and related systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally, to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs related to finance systems.
  • Support development teams throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to ensure requirements are clearly understood, functionally tested, and delivered as expected.
  • Develop deep functional expertise in Navision and become a key knowledge resource for finance systems.
  • Partner with Project Managers to define and manage scope and timelines for finance-related projects.

Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: 

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with exposure to finance processes or systems.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of finance processes such as accounting, reporting, budgeting, or financial controls.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Industry experience in the trading, commodities, or financial sectors.
